1 PRODUCTS

1.1 All of the arrangements posted are available for pick up and delivery via third party courier.

1.2 We may deliver our flowers in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3 All of our arrangements are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with an alternative flower/arrangement of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply the requested arrangement or any substitute product, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably practical for further instructions. If you do not wish to provide an amended order, we shall reimburse your payment in full as soon as possible.

2. PRICES

2.1 Prices listed within the page are not consistent. There can often be considerable price fluctuations during peak periods (especially Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and All Saint’s Day) although we will endeavor to update our price list as soon as practical to avoid inconvenience.

2.2 All Product prices quoted will exclude our delivery charge. Several items ordered for delivery to the same address at the same time will be subject to one delivery charge.

3. ORDERS/PAYMENTS

You will be given clear instructions on how to navigate the order form and you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including landmarks, together with those of the intended recipient as well as all necessary payment details. We accept payment by cash on delivery or bank transfers.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered during a certain period or by a certain time, although we will do our utmost to meet your requirements wherever possible.

4.2 Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.3 In case of delivery to certain locations, such as hospitals and hotels, any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. Full information to hospital wards or hotel room numbers must be provided at the time of order to avoid disappointment.

4.4 Should we encounter difficulties delivering your order we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details provided on your order form. If we are not able to contact the recipient, orders will normally be left on the premises (provided a safe environment is available) or with a close neighbor. If none of the above options are possible, we will revert to you for further instructions.

4.5 It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order on the requested delivery date. If it transpires that the recipient is not in fact available to take receipt of your order, we reserve the right to deduct a charge, covering the preparation and delivery costs incurred in processing your order.

5. COMPLAINTS

We will do our utmost to rectify all reasonable complaints concerning our products and/or service. However, given the perishable nature of our products, and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within the time that the product is delivered or intended delivery of your purchase.

6. GENERAL

We shall ensure that we comply with the requirements of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection, as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time. We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

We offer refunds in the form of store vouchers for orders where the flowers have arrived wilted or in unsatisfactory condition. To be eligible for a refund voucher, the following conditions must be met:

1. *Wilted Flowers:* Refunds will only be issued for orders where the flowers have arrived in a visibly wilted or deteriorated state.

2. *Notification:* Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 2 hours of receiving the delivery. Notification can be made via phone or email.

3. *Visual Evidence:* Customers may be requested to provide visual evidence (e.g., photographs, videos) of the wilted flowers to support their refund request.

*Refund Process:*

1. *Contact Us:* Upon discovering wilted flowers, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue.

2. *Verification:* Our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence to validate the claim.

3. *Refund Voucher:* If the issue is confirmed to be due to the quality of the flowers, we will issue a refund voucher equivalent to the value of the affected items in the order.

4. *Voucher Redemption:* The refund voucher can be redeemed for a future purchase. It can be used towards any product or service available in the page or website.

*Exclusions:*

– Refunds will not be provided for orders where the flowers have been damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

– Customized or personalized arrangements may not be eligible for refunds unless the quality issue is directly related to our workmanship.
